I have many, many websites out there on the web that I am trying to run, and I have noticed one very common thread; EVERYONE has difficulty posting, whether it be on the traditional Wordpress commenting system, Disqus, or even on forums (the latter is clearly the most confusing unless you grew up a computer nerd). I think I have finally found the solution and it takes the form of a question and answer board. Simple. To the point. Why didn't I think of this before!!!!!!
