As we turn the year into a fresh year it’s a great time to reflect on the year that has finished, review the good and bad aspects of your life and also the highs and lows, once this is done, you can then start to set targets for the next year, reviewing your life is very important to being able to find where you are now, and then be able to move forwards.
Being a fan of personal power, and even "The Secret" I think that you'll start to see a lot of Life Coaching businesses pop up in the upcoming year. Hopefully some of them are worth what they promise!
